Wentworth consolidates business platforms

Burlington, ON-based Wentworth Technologies has completed the consolidation of Jersey Mold
and Electra Form business operations. The consolidated company operates under the name of Electra Form
and is located in Vandalia, OH. The Jersey Mold plant located in New Jersey will be sold.
The purpose of the consolidation in North America is to provide better customer service from
a central location and to lower manufacturing costs, according to a company release.
The Electra Form plant will have continued support from Wentworth plants in Poland
and in the U.K. Electra Form is a manufacturer of PET preform molds and injection blow molds.
