Wentworth Appoints New Managing Director
for Amtec GmbH

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Bernd Haefke to the position of Managing Director of Amtec GmbH, Wentworth Technologies’ high precision mould manufacturing company. Mr. Haefke led the sales and technology division of a high precision moulding equipment program, and brings to Amtec his strong general management and business development experience in high technology industrial businesses. His experience in international markets will enable Bernd to provide leadership to Amtec’s international business development.
Mr. Haefke will join Amtec on June 1, 2005 and be located at Amtec’s head office in Hohenwestedt, Germany.
