Accurate Mould Ltd. and Izon Industries Inc., both members of the Wentworth Technologies Group of Companies, announced the completion of the merger of the two divisions.

Accurate Mould Ltd. has been providing injection moulds to the plastics industry for more than 52 years both in the automotive and packaging industry. Acquired by Wentworth Technologies in 1997, Accurate has worked closely with Izon Industries which was also acquired by Wentworth Technologies in 1999. Well known for its innovation and high quality in the thin-wall packaging segment of the plastics industry, Izon Industries was relocated into the 50,000 sq. ft. Accurate facility located on Belfield Road in Toronto, from its previous location in Brampton, Ontario.

"The merger of the two divisions strengthens Izon’s position and capability to serve its customers, by greatly improving capacity and allowing for 24-7 operations previously not achievable with a smaller organization", said Mario Giansante, General Manager of Izon Industries. "We have used the capacity at Accurate for many years and worked closely with the management of that division of Wentworth Technologies. It’s clear to us and to our customers that this is an opportunity for Izon to take on larger projects than was possible in the past. I’m excited by the opportunity this presents".
